One man in custody, another in hospital, two dead.
Coldstream, BC - On January 17th, 2023 at 5:32 am, Vernon North RCMP responded to a report of an assault with a weapon in the 8500 block of Clerke Road at the Kal View Estates trailer park.
Upon arrival, the RCMP's Emergency Response Team and local officers surrounded a home in the park.
After entering the home, the RCMP discovered 2 bodies and a man suffering from potentially life-threatening injuries. A fourth person, a male, was taken into custody. The injured man was transported to a hospital for treatment.
The RCMP Southeast District Major Crime Unit has taken over the investigation which is still in its early stages.
