Coldstream, BC – On July 25, 2025, at 2 p.m., a suspicious brush fire was deliberately set in a wooded gully between Coldstream Creek Road and Grieve Road, near a Coldstream neighbourhood.

Vernon Fire Rescue has resumed command, with BC Wildfire Service support no longer needed. Hotspots continue to flare up within the contained area. The fire, suspected to be human-caused, is under investigation.
