Two bodies found in Coldstream home prompt call for dashcam video by RCMP

Dashcam video of Highway 97, College Way/Kalamalka Lakeview Drive and Francis Road, 25Ave/35 Ave needed by RCMP.

January 19, 2023:

On January 17, 2023, the Okanagan North RCMP (Vernon) discovered two bodies in a Coldstream home. The deaths are being considered suspicious.

In response to this discovery, investigators from BC RCMP Southeast District Major Crime Unit (SED MCU) are requesting the public's assistance in obtaining VIDEO or DASHCAM footage between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on January 17, 2023, from two specific locations:

- Highway 97 (Okanagan Hwy) between College Way and Kalamalka Lakeview Drive in Coldstream

- Francis Road between 25 Avenue and 35 Avenue in Vernon. (This location is in connection to a vehicle fire that may be associated with the crime scene.)

2 RCMP vehicles stationed i Front of trailer home where 2 bodies found
