On June 24th, RCMP officers responded to a sudden death after a body was found floating in Monte Lake.
RCMP report a fisherperson went overboard off a small boat and was not wearing a lifejacket. The individual was unable to swim to the boat or to shore.
The identity of the victim has not been released
