Two Vehicles Collide at Middleton and 11th Avenue in Vernon

April 21 2026 - Traffic was reduced to one alternating lane Tuesday afternoon after an SUV and a pickup truck collided at the intersection of Middleton Avenue and 11th Avenue.
The crash occurred around 5 p.m. Both vehicles sustained significant damage. Airbags in both the SUV and pickup truck were deployed during the impact.
Vernon Fire Rescue, RCMP, and BC Emergency Health Services attended the scene.
Crews worked to secure the area and clear the wreckage while directing traffic through the single open lane.
There was no immediate word on injuries.The cause of the collision has not yet been released.
