A single-vehicle MVA on Hwy 6 just south of Aberdeen Road Sunday morning knocked out power for 1111 BC Hydro customers in Coldstream.
The power went out just after 9:30 AM.
The vehicle knocked one pole into a second, shorting out high power lines, tripping a circuit breaker and leaving most of Coldstream in the dark.
Power was restored at 11:10 am. No serious injuries have been reported.
