Coldstream: Water shot 70 feet into the air

A water spout shooting approximately 20 meters into the air in Coldstream attracted a lot of attention and prompted reports of a broken water main.

The waterspout appears to be a malfunctioning irrigation sprinkler head in a field near Aberdeen Road and Rendell Drive.

The call came in shortly after 6 AM Saturday morning.
