Accident on Highway 97 by Swan Lake Ties Up Northbound Traffic

An MVI on Highway 97 just past the scales along Swan Lake tied up Northbound traffic for over an hour.
The incident happened around 2 PM Monday afternoon.
A person claiming to have witnessed the accident called a local radio station alleging one of the vehicles was trying to avoid styrofoam on the roadway when it was rear-ended.
