January 9, 2025: Hedges that caught fire last August along Aberdeen Road in Coldstream, were removed by arborists today.

Last summer a dramatic fire engulfed the approximately 6-meter-tall hedges, with flames reaching up to 9 meters.

The blaze appeared massive and may have caused minor damage to power and communication lines, but ultimately resulted in minimal overall harm.
