Injured Person Found on Commonage Road

RCMP Seek Public’s Help

Vernon, B.C., October 6, 2025 – The Vernon North Okanagan RCMP are asking the public for assistance in an investigation following the discovery of an injured man on Commonage Road late last week.

Police say a member of the public found the unconscious individual in the 100-block of Commonage Road on Tuesday, September 30, around 9 p.m.

The man was taken to hospital by BC Emergency Health Services. The circumstances leading to the injuries are still under investigation, and authorities have not disclosed the nature of the injuries or the current condition of the individual.

RCMP are urging anyone who was traveling on Commonage Road between 8 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. on September 30, or who may have dash cam footage from the area near Predator Ridge, to come forward.

Approximate Area Injured Man Was Discovered

The area where the man was found is a narrow, winding, poorly lit stretch of road approximately four kilometres south of Predator Ridge Resort, between Vernon and Lake Country.
