Cobblers Rack is offering a $1000 reward for information that leads to the apprehension and prosecution of those responsible for a recent robbery at their downtown Vernon store.
REWARD posters are tacked to the plywood covering the storefront's broken glass windows.
Cobblers Rack hopes that someone saw something on the morning of January 27th at 6 AM when the store windows were smashed and a number of items were stolen.
From Cobblers Rack Facebook Page:
"We are reaching out with heavy hearts to inform you that our store fell victim to a robbery this morning at 6 AM (January 27/2024). When we arrived this morning, we discovered broken windows and signs of forced entry."
"This incident has left us deeply saddened and concerned, not only for the well-being of our business but for the impact on our community as well. As a locally-owned establishment, we take pride in being part of this wonderful community, and this unfortunate event has shaken us."
