Vernon BC Remembrance Day Ceremonies at the Cenotaph Memorial 2023
Despite strong winds, hundreds of people gathered at Vernons War Memorial Cenotaph today to remember and honour those who gave their lives.
The grassroots ceremony was held at Cenotaph Park located on the corner of 31st Avenue and 30th Street in Cenotaph Park. was spurred on by Nancy Wilde with the help of Jenn Pace of the ARMY NAVY AND AIR FORCE VETERANS SPITFIRE UNIT #5 Vernon, B.C., and the Vernon Elks Lodge #45
