2nd Vehicle Allegedly Involved In Motor Vehicle Accident That Left Over 100 Customers in The Dark For Hours.
Shortly before 2 pm on Tuesday, a vehicle struck and damaged a BC Hydro transformer box. The driver of the vehicle, a small grey SUV, was taken away by ambulance.
Damage to the BC Hydro box was described as substantial.

Witnesses tell ExNews.net the grey SUV may have been in a motor vehicle incident moments before it struck the Hydro box.
A white pickup allegedly bumped into and damaged the front of the SUV just before the accident.
According to witnesses, the white pickup then left the scene.
It's unclear how or why the SUV collided with the BC Hydro box.
BC Hydro reported 122 customers, mostly in the 3200 block of Centennial Drive, were affected by the resulting power failure. The power was restored at 3 AM the following morning.
