October 30th, 2023: Shortly after noon Monday multiple reports of a barn fire were received by 911 operators.
Enderby Fire Rescue and other fire halls from the area responded. When crews arrived they found the barn fully involved.
Fire crews immediately took a defensive stance to prevent the flames from spreading to a nearby livestock barn that housed a number of sheep.
Quick work contained the flames to the hay barn. At last report the sheep were safe in a nearby field.
No injuries were reported. No cause has been released.
