For the second time in three days a Vernon street has been cordoned off by RCMP until a "suspicious device" can be dealt with safely.
Around 4 pm Wednesday RCMP roadblocks went up on 31st Street at 47th Avenue and 45th Avenue.
Vernon Fire Rescue was also on scene
This is the second time this week a suspicious device has raised concern in Vernon.
On Monday this week, Justice Park was behind RCMP tape awaiting the RCMP Explosive Device Unit.
The only information released about that incident was the device was removed safely.
