Motorcycle vs Deer

Motorcycle vs deer... Saturday August 7.

Vernon Fire and RCMP attended.

Just after 10am Vernon Fire Department responded to reports a motorcycle had collided with a deer.

The incident happened on Commonage road between Predator Ridge and Bailey road.

After the collision, the bike, deer and driver reportedly slid for some distance before coming to a stop.

The deer didn't survive. The bike caught fire. The motorcycle rider walked away.
