Just South of Abbotsford in Washington State is the small town of Sumas. The town's 1300 residents were hit hard by the same floodwater that devastated large areas of the Sumas Prairie.
Good Samaritan/Citizen Journalist used his tractor to rescue stranded people. He captured his good deeds on video.
