North Okanagan Lake Ice Unsafe for Activities
December 28 2022: The Vernon Search and Rescue Group Society (VSAR) is reminding everyone most lake ice is still not thick enough for activities like skating, Ice fishing or walking VSAR has provided a chart that spells out how thick lake ice should be for a variety of activities.
