Vernon Councillor Calls for Review of Good Neighbour Bylaw Over Noise Complaints

Now one of the oldest farmers’ markets in the Okanagan, the market has grown from a small group of vendors in 1979 to more than 100 growers, crafters, and artisans each week.

Staff reported that bylaw complaints related to Hidden Park have risen in recent years, with approximately 40 calls for service annually in the last two years, mostly connected to street-entrenched individuals.
